Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • AHC CUSTOMZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional — if you offer it)

  • Local pickup and hand delivery may be available in the tri-state area for a $10 fee.

  • Arrangements will be confirmed via email after checkout.
